Change Sticking Pattern
The exercise sticking pattern changes every 1 minute e.g. RL to LR, RR to LL. You will hear an audio cue.
Exercise Notes HI-HAT FOOT ENDURANCE
Play with your heel down at slower tempos and heel up at higher tempos. Keep your leg and foot relaxed - don't curl your toes up or down!
Hit the 1/4 notes with your foot and hand together. Keep the hi-hat closing sound tight and crisp - go for a 'chick' not a 'whoosh'.
